Eligibility

• You have the right to return most items within 14 days of delivery, as per UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
   

Process

1. Contact us at hello@sproutshop.co.uk with your order number.

2. We’ll connect you with the relevant brand for return instructions.

3. Once the brand confirms receipt, we’ll process your refund.
    

Exemptions

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., beauty products, underwear, customised/personalised goods).
